Toss-up between OT Star Wars and Indiana Jones (and this is coming from a 21-year-old woman)... and HP isn't really a trilogy, now is it?What is the best movie trilogy?
Krystof Kieslowski's Three Colors Trilogy: Blue, White and Red.


Each one of the films is a masterpiece in its own right and three of them together make it a uniquely awesome film watching experience. I saw it on DVD and was blown away, the commentary track was also very interesting.

If you mean original trilogies it would be a toss up between Star Wars and The Godfather. Otherwise, The Matrix.

There's some great ones on here, and some have yet to be mentioned (Back to the Future??? C'mon), but in any event, I'm going to throw in a curve ball and say when the third and final installment hits this year, it will be the Bourne movies (Identity, Supremacy, and Ultimatum).
