Did the Matrix trilogy have a negative white bias?

I was just thinking of the negative stereotypes of the characters. The white characters (Architect, Agents, Frenchman, Cypher) were all portrayed as somewhat evil, old school, and in charge. The black characters were the real heros (Morpheus, Tank, Dozer, Oracle) of the movie. One could argue that ';the One'; was white, but even he was also half-asian. While these movies were entertaining, were they were sending out some type of message?Did the Matrix trilogy have a negative white bias?
Well I don't think so, They might be trying to bring uniformity and unusualness. well a mixed bunch would have proved equal though.

But I admit had it been the other way round, media would have wrecked havoc and wachowskis would have been in trouble.Did the Matrix trilogy have a negative white bias?
I don't think the movie was trying to send any message through race. The Frenchman was French, France has an overwhelmingly large white population, 1+1=duh. Agents and Architect I am sure there is nothing behind their color. If it was meant to mean something by race or looks, the agents would not vary in appearance. The architect was white for who knows what reason.

I wouldn't read to much into the races of the characters in the Matrix or in lots of fantasy movies. You don't always have to find an underlying meaning to something.
I think they just wanted to portray evil in an unusual way. White is usually good and black evil.
