Yes it's an incurable disease and he will most likely die with it. However, there are some treatments available from stem cells BUT it's illegal in the united states. That's why he and others are lobbying to try and get it legalized. And no it's not murder, you can get it from the placenta or from umbiblical cords which are thrown out anyways.
Yes-There is not yet a cure

Yes.... once you get it it doesn't go away, they can give you medication to lessen the effects of the disease but they have yet to develop a cure.
there's no cure for the condition. but i disagree with someone who says that he will die from it.

it's just like you have itchy skin, but you die from something else. parkinson's doesn't kill you.
Have you seen him lately? He's got it terribly bad. Even with his medications, he's shaking and twitching severly enough to have trouble sitting in a chair.
Dude you can't get rid of Parkinson's Disease. It stays with you until you die! lol! Yeah, its really sad, though. I have an uncle who has Parkinson's and its so sad!
