I'll be first in line...I'm such a Star Wars freak.Star Wars the original unaltered trilogy will be available on September 12. Who here is going excited?
I know where my birthday money is going this year! I wish he'd given us the choice between the Original original trilogy and the new vamped up version when he brought out the box set. I'd far rather have my black-lined rancor if it meant I kept Sebastian Shaw as Anakin's ghost.Star Wars the original unaltered trilogy will be available on September 12. Who here is going excited?
I AM!!! wow, i mean, i aint no star wars nerd, but holy crap man, that would be sweet to get!
I will. I loved the original three movies. No Jar-Jar Binks for a start.
I'll be right after you in line! This is the true Original Trilogy, I waited 10 years for it. Lets face it most of the changes of the 97 version were unnecesary. I even bought the -Han Shot First- T shirt as a statement. ;)
People are so nice. I'm excited. I disliked the modified versions and am happy that the originals will finally be available. If this makes me a sci-fi nerd or dork...oh well! At least I have imagination!
Not me - I thought the first one (Episode 4) was overrated, and the unaltered one now looks very dated. The second one (Episode 5) was my favorite (I think it's everyone's favorite). I love those huge walking thingy's that fell down so easily. I kept thinking, ';who designed that thing? it's so unstable!';
I'm excited, but I'm also mad because I just (well, in december) bought the visually remastered version. Oh well, I guess I'll just rent the versions coming out in September.
Old enough to remember them in theatre. the modified versions are better.
To bad for u I already have all six.HA HA!
me
im not bothered, but a freind of mine loved the movies so much, he recorded the sound from the video onto audio tape, and learned all the script. it was weird, he knew it all,man....

i love star wars but im not like a star wars nerd or anything I dont obsess over it
me me me memme emememememememememem tooooooooo
Not me, Dump
didnt that already come out? or is it all 6 in a pack?
probably just the Star Wars freaks! Congratulations though!
Not me. Even though I loved the films don't you think they've had enough of our money now?
They just keep releasing the films again and again in different formats trying to make people buy them over and over.
dude can you say dork
yes! I love starwars! the old ones are better though:)

A Trilogy's Warrior For a Time of Need?
Hi, I have read all of the farsalan trilogy books, and in it it mentions that when the time come, the people of farsala will need a hero. The hero's name is Sorahb. I think that Sorahb is the whole people of Farsala, but I'm not sure. Who is Sorahb?? and lease don't give me copy and paste answers, I would like answers from people who have actually read the book, not Wikipedia.A Trilogy's Warrior For a Time of Need?
Sorahb is a dead warrior that the people hope will return as a Messiah to save them - he has been created as a Christ like figure for this fantasy

They should make an actuall scary movie on frankenstein, make it a trilogy, but with a good director, ya?
Well, as a big Universal Horror movie fan, I'm in total agreement and I think Universal should just keep going with the franchise that started with Boris Karloff and bring the series up to date.
So Far we have:
1. Frankenstein
2. Bride of Frankenstein
3. Son of Frankenstein
4. Ghost of Frankenstein
5. Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman
6. House of Frankenstein
7. House of Dracula
Then New:
8. Frankenstein Vs. The Creature From the Black Lagoon (Set in the Late 1950's Frankenstein boards a ship to the amazon!)
9. Bride of Frankenstein: Resurrected! (Set in today's world and Ends with a cliffhanger about reproducing Frankensteins!)
10: Frankenstein Civil War! (In the not to distant future, the Frankenstein's try to take our world and our bodies!).They should make an actuall scary movie on frankenstein, make it a trilogy, but with a good director, ya?
you didn't like the De Niro one? I thought it was melodramatic but enjoyable, and fairly true to the book.red hair

What is Teddy Kent's full name in the L.M. Montgomery trilogy?
In the Emily of New Moon trilogy by L.M. Montgomery, what's Teddy's full name? I would assume it's Theodore, but for whatever reason I fell like it was something weird that one wouldn't think could be a full name for Teddy. But I really don't know, and I'm just too lazy to go upstairs and look through the book.
;-)
Anyway, thanks, fellow L.M. Montgomery lovers! What is Teddy Kent's full name in the L.M. Montgomery trilogy?
It is Theodore, yes. I don't believe a middle name was ever given.

Should I buy the Star Wars Trilogy or the Indiana Jones Quadriliogy (when it comes out)?
which one?Should I buy the Star Wars Trilogy or the Indiana Jones Quadriliogy (when it comes out)?
I would buy both; maybe not at the same time, if you don't want to spend that much money at once. Both are classics, and a true movie fan should own both(and before you ask, yes, I do.)Should I buy the Star Wars Trilogy or the Indiana Jones Quadriliogy (when it comes out)?
personally i'd go with both. if you love sci-fi go with star wars but indiana jones is (in my opinion) just as good. Hmmmmmm... go with indiana jones i guess.
Why choose? I would get both. I have the Star Wars Trilogy and the Indy Trilogy minus the last movie of course. They are both good movies.
It may seem like a waste of money but ive seen every movie of star wars and indiana jones and i definatly think its worth it to get both
I've always been an Indiana Jones fan.. I never got into Star Wars. So with that, buy Indiana Jones, when it comes out! :)
It depends on what genre you like the best: action/adventure or sci-fi.
Star Wars, all 6 of them.
Get both if you like both.

Why did every1 hate Jar Jar Binks in the FIRST Star Wars Trilogy?
As c3po said ';I found him to be odd';. Maybe I was high but the first time I saw it he had me rolling. I know it's all voice %26amp; CGI but his voice %26amp; demeanor was hilarious %26amp; the claims of racism are SO false Mesa done now!Why did every1 hate Jar Jar Binks in the FIRST Star Wars Trilogy?
He was seen as being overly cute, unneeded comic relief, added solely to appeal to kids, and a sign that Lucas was possibly going off of the deep end.
Personally, I think that even though he's dumb, obnoxious, and frequently a danger to those around him, he IS funny. And there's always room for humor in Star Wars ... even in the darker movies such as The Empire Strikes Back and Revenge of the Sith. Why did every1 hate Jar Jar Binks in the FIRST Star Wars Trilogy?
Maybe it's because he's the comic relief, and in live-action films, that's usually the black guy. I assume it was mostly black people and liberals who got upset. Others might not care.
I loved him...you're right, he was totally amusing and that funny way he moved...racism? OMG, the world is a strange place when we can assign racial identities to fictitious beings...
I didn't hate him.....I guess in the movie everyone thought he was dumb
i didnt i thought he was cute and funny but everyone i know thinks his stupid and annoying which i don't understand i thought he was cool
I love Jar Jar, as does my best friend! When we go to conventions or road trips, there is at least one point that we drop into Binks-talk.
I, too, believe the racism bit is ridiculous. Anymore, practically anything and everything gets accused of being about race. How tiring! I even heard an accusation about the Aliens and especially the Alien Queen! OMG!
Jar Jar and his people are just a different type of alien. They're colorful, interesting and funny. With Brian Blessed's voice for Boss Nass, it made me think of the Hawkmen of ';Flash Gordon'; (1980); he played the leader there, too, all boisterous and effusive.
By the way, I've never been high and don't think you need to be to find Jar Jar Binks funny!
what a horrible film that was.
I thought he was funny. But I was eleven, and easily amused.
I disliked Jar Jar and just about anything else having to do with the prequels because Lucas ruined my childhood ;0(
The prequels in no way fit with the established vision of the starwars universe. Episodes IV V %26amp; VI for the most part, were well, smartly written stories that had wide appeal through all age groups. Where Episodes I %26amp; II seemed to be exclusively written for children, as is evident with Jar Jar. He was just a baphoon of a character that had no business being in the starwars universe.
Then you have episode III, where Lucas tried to make it incredibly dark just because of the backlash from the last two episodes. Although Luca did create the starwars universe, the major flaw of the prequels were the fact that Lucas directed them, unlike the first trilogy were Lucas was only one of the writers and executive producer.
